Akon Performs 'Soul Survivor' at Mobile's RockCorps Concert

Boost Mobile's RockCorps (BMRC) concert hit Los Angeles on Friday, June 20. The concert-goers could see hip hop acts perform live at the Gibson Amphitheatre, including Akon and his Konvict Muzik roster Kardinal Offishall and Colby O'Donis, Common and Three 6 Mafia. All performers were excited to be a part of the event, which is BMRC's way rewards their volunteers for all their hard work. "It's an incredible opportunity to be able to give back," Akon told BallerStatus.com backstage. "I love the fact that the kids actually took the time to work together. It's been incredible, so I love it."
